Operations are designed for the safe processing of Alumina, Ferrite, Macor, Quartz, and other materials requiring diamond machining. Capabilities include Centerless and Surface Grinding, Cutting, Slotting, Turning(O.D. & I.D.), Milling, Drilling, and Honing. Tolerances to +/- .0002" are common. Assemblies involving ceramic to metal/glass seals are accomplished using high temperature epoxies and glass frit.
